Needed a replacement part for my Denon CD Receiver, screen was saying unable to read CD so I knew there was an issue. Searched the web for companies and private sellers but no match was found, found this website and put in all details of make/model of unit. I entered the serial number of the part that showed signs of damage, the reply was almost instantaneous that the exact match was found, and at a fraction of the cost given by Denon. The item was ordered which was a ribbon connector, it arrived very quickly and very well packaged as the part was very delicate. I fitted the part and the CD played worked straight away, have to say I was very happy and it saved me a lot of money instead of buying a new receiver.
