I own an old oven. I couldn't find the exact model number but with what I had and using the pictures on the website I was able to find replacement oven catches. There was a delay in delivery, but when I raised the issue, it was chased promptly and the delivery charge refunded as a good will gesture. I hadn't asked for this but it was appreciated. The new catches are a perfect fit and have given the oven a new lease of life. Great service, thank-you
