I was very happy to finally find a supplier for this product. It was put on back order as expected for a machine of this age, which meant a slight delay. The pump arrived in good condition (overseas), was fitted with moderate ease and is working well. All in all great value to rejuvenate an aging machine and avoid the high replacement cost of a new washing machine. The reason for the 4* rating was the international delivery issue. Although it was a Royal Mail problem and out of Spares4Bush's control, the website gave false information that the product had been delivered, when in fact it hadn't even left the UK, When questioned on this I was informed that this was due to an automated system. Automated or not, until the item has reached it's destination and been signed for, it cannot be considered as 'delivered'. Either the automated system needs to be upgraded or have the means to manually override it. A sad ending to what could have been a great service.
